Information on Loans

Please read the following information regarding loans carefully.

1. This service is available to all members and regular worshippers of Covenant Evangelical Reformed Church who are registered members with CERC Library.

2. If you are not a registered member of CERC Library, please provide the following information to the Librarian on request:
- Your Full Name
-Your Identification Number (IC/BC/Passport etc.)
- Your contact number

3. To make a loan, you must present the book to the Librarian on duty at the counter and state your Identification Number (given to us at the time of registration). Children below 7 years old must be accompanied by a parent in order to make a loan.

4. You may loan a maximum of FOUR (4) items at any one time (i.e. maximum 4 items in your account at any one time).

5. You may loan each item for FOUR (4) weeks. The due date for the book is stamped on the Date Due slip on the back cover or last page of the book. In consideration for other Library users, we request your co-operation in returning books on time. Should you require the book for a longer period of time, please visit the Library to renew your book.

6. The loss or damage of any book(s) must be reported to a Library Committee member immediately.

6. CERC Library reserves the right to block your loan if you:
(1) have reached your loan quota;
(2) have overdue books yet to be returned; or
(3) are an unaccompanied child below 7 years old.
The Librarian on duty will inform you if your loan is unsuccessful for any of the above reasons.

By loaning material from the Library, you agree to abide by the above rules and regulations.
